If he wins non-Cuban Hispanics by large numbers, virtually ties Trump with elderly voters, and sees a massive boost in new voters from Orlando...he can do it. And like I said yesterday, we could very well know who won Florida before midnight. Same with AZ. If FL gets called at 11:30PM for instance, Biden will become president.
