Hopefully you're right, but I highly doubt it. Biden (if he wins) is going to enter office on some "heal the country" shyt and won't want to do anything to upset Trump voters.

Not what I want to happen but I don't really see the Dems wanting to spend political capital on something that risky. Maybe the state of NY will do something though.
