"At least."

I don't think the show will drop him and he's my favorite character so I've wanted as much Howard as possible.

The scene where he asked Jimmy why he had to be Saul was great too.
Howard isn't going anywhere, he's basically.the ghost of chuck on this show

Obvious imagery Saul's face being split in two, one half looking at the family that his client widowed and the other towards Howard and HHM and hia brothers shadow

Can someone explain the murder Lalo is being charged for? The recap of last season only shows him dropping down from the ceiling with a gun in the Travel store. Did he kill the worker guy?

:dahell:

nah the armed cartel dude lalo busted through the ceiling because he just really, really needed to deliver the birthday cake he made for the guy. but oopsy daisy, what a coincidence! it just so happens, right after that, that same guy turned up dead from gunshot wounds. it's a complete mystery. :yeshrug:

Love that scene where Gus walks away from the Pollos explosion. shyt HAD to be a nod to the bomb that killed him in BB where he walked out of the hospital room with “pride” even tho half of his face was blown off.

Crazy to literally see the point in the courtroom where Jimmy had both feet firmly in Saul territory. He looked over at that family crying and had a moment of conscience and was :ld: and kept it pushing. But that $7 million bail tho. The judge was like “fukk it”.

that last scene with Howard was :ohlawd:

Jimmy made an ass of himself but he can’t turn back now. That exchange was the confirmation he needed to keep the Saul train in motion no matter what.

Everytime I see Caley/Mike scenes, I think about how all the money he was saving for her was seized :francis:

I knew the Lydia/Gus relationship, but forgot about the main guy being involved with the cartel side of Gus' business. Spicy curls looking good :ehh:. Gus setting up mouse trap devices to lead to his place being burned up :leon:.

Kim got the honesty she was looking for from Jimmy, but didn't know how deep he was in for. "Do you want to be a friend of the cartel?" :ld:

First Kim gave him the business a season or two back, now Jimmy/Saul barked on Howard something serious :bryan:. I do like the fact he was smart enough to realize the games Jimmy was playing.

Can't afford to play those type of games with Lalo. Dude in court and didn't even remember the name of the guy he killed, until Jimmy reminded him :skip:

More of the characters of the BB universe are coming into place and it was kinda interesting to see slimy ass Lydia there. She certainly seemed less stiff and neurotic than her BB character but this is well before the lab and the Heisenberg fukkery, so she’s kicking it with her boss in the hotel and popping bottles.

Hell of a ways from a nervous cup of tea with Stevia.

And real talk, I would love to see a Fring Netflix movie that just dives into his past and just ends with him building up his first Pollos franchise. Fring is one of the backbones of the BB/Saul universes right along with Mike.

Gotta respect Kim for going back after that first meeting and letting the Mesa Verde crew know what the fukkin deal was. At that point she was on some :yeshrug: shyt when it came to whether she would still be their lawyer or not. But she had the balls to find out sooner than later. And like she said, if they kept her, she didn’t want to be walking on eggshells forever. Mesa Verde is a long play that will always pay, so she knew any differences had to be settled.

Still curious to see how she exits this show.

And did we know Jimmy was married twice before this “marriage” to Kim? At the clerk’s office they asked if he had the paperwork for his 2 previous dissolutions? Wonder if that was a nugget just for the moment or will his ex wives pop up now that his profile as a lawyer (and face) will be everywhere soon.

Saul being all angry at the judge for the 7M I think was an act but then he is all upset when talking to Lalo. Was all an act or Jimmy doesn't know who he's dealing with? 7M for the Cartel is like a XXL Menu at the Pollos Hermanos for us.

7 mil is a lot for the type of guy to they were pretending Lalo was.

If he acted like his client could pay that, it would look much more suspicious.

Gus said something about being in Santiago with his back against the wall with the German guy from Madrigal. So, they've known each other since South America. I bet Gus secretly co-founded Madrigal to cover for criminal activity way back then. But he doesn't want anyone to "say my name".

:camby:Okay smart ass. They could have made it more clear in the recap. They only showed him raise the gun to him. Could have easily just threatened him for information and not killed him.

I said that he was playing it for the judge with the 'outrage'. What makes me think he doesn't understand yet the magnitude of the Salamancas and who they represent is when he was excusing himself to Lalo that he couldn't get a lower ammount.
