It's an extremely misleading chart. Sanders and Warren have both proposed a "wealth tax" at somewhere around 2% or 3% of wealth for billionaires. That chart has added that wealth tax onto the income tax and compares it to income, but that's misleading. For the top 400 richest people, their year-to-year income is almost meaningless compared to their accumulated wealth.Top 400.... 100% of income? I'm all for paying your fair share. Polls show Bernie is the #2 choice of both Biden and Warren supporters. He looks strong early on he could get a windfall in his direction.
Bernie 1st and Buttigieg 2nd is almost the ideal outcome because Buttigieg takes votes from both of those others but doesn't do anything in the South. If Buttigieg falls off then Biden and Warren could rebound a little, but if Buttigieg holds steady while Biden and Warren fall off it really could put Bernie in the drivers seat.
