Guess it’s time to donate to young bern again. I gave warren the benefit of the doubt and turns out she’s exactly what I thought she was. A liar.

I defended her heavily and donated to her campaign. We off that...She's still my second choice but I don't know how much I trust her to stick to her principles based on the team she's got surrounding her any more. They pushed her to some awful decisions and tactics back to her M4A fail.

This is a trip...even some of Bernie's typical critics are calling BS.

What a disaster. lol
Maybe with the media being good to her previously and not really with Bernie she thought their takes would go the other way? The worm has turned, media likes to back winners and Liz is clearly behind Bernie. What an oops.

Alright yall, rather than getting full on distracted by this nonsense and gossip. Let's talk strategies for recruiting more people into the Bernie fold. Yall know we reserve at least one segment for Bernie each week on my podcast and this week we decided to approach the framing on Bernie's policy proposals. Here's what I mean, if take the impacts of M4A, student loan forgiveness and some other fiscal policies; it adds up to the biggest middle class tax cut in history. Not a tax cut where we wait for the profits to trickle down to us, but more money in your wallet. My brother grabbed an article with some statistical data to support the angle and we went on that.

For other lefty topics. We spoke on NYC half-assing their homeless program and how it can have a negative impact on the outlook of ideas like Finland (and Utah's) successful moves to address homelessness. We got a lot of clicks on last week's episode where we covered Finland, this is the other side of that.

We also gave light to the naked philanthropist who offered pics to anyone who would donate 10 dollars to a number of charities for Australia's wildfires. She raised more than half a million dollars with this strategy and eventually social media sites started kicking her off :mindblown:

On a lighter note we opened with a very real Military.com story about Communist Killer Dolphins that were sold to Iran after the cold war.
On a controversial note we covered Iceland damn near eradicating Down Syndrome...via abortion though.

Give us a look fam. Your support definitely helped us pop and break a record for views last week. I intend to give us some strategy for the left and Sanders talk each episode at least while primary season builds up. Hopefully some of our frames and explanations can be borrowed by yall or shared.

One thing that Bernies campaign could improve on is with trying to convince independents to register Democrat

Its tricky since he himself has not

But many independents support him yet cannot vote for him in the primary process

Hes gotta figure something out with that
Doesn’t that vary state to state, closed vs open primary? Or am I wrong?

Yes but iirc majority states are closed

I switched this morning from I to D because mine is closed

Not only do they have to switch but they have to switch within a certain time period

Theres a 3 month window. If i waited 2 more weeks i wouldnt have been able to vote in my primary

Yep. I switched from I to D last year as well. I know it sounds petty and childish but I really didn’t want to do that
