Plot was all over the place. Yall letting nostalgia cloud yall. The plots and overall script in 2 and 3 was way better than part 1.

Part 2 was a bit too slapstick for my taste, they needed to tone down the comedy a bit

The Coronavirus situation in China has pretty much shut down the theaters there which will effect the Bad Boys For Life release and other major releases there as well. I doubt it will have the same momentum when it’s finally released there whenever that is. A lot of movies are about to get pushed back/new release dates until this situation blows over.
The global box office was already expected to decrease this year with lack of major releases and this virus situation is about to hurt it even more. Props to them though for valuing the human life over profits.

LOL @ "Bad Boys For Life" being Underestimated 2 WEEKENDS IN A ROW, LOL. 34 Million 2nd Weekend better drop than multiple comic book movie and action movies. Mind you this is a R-rated film. International also went up last week. I hope the estimates are lower again next week so it can win the Box Office 3 weeks in a row and keep this Ether going. This is the first Blockbuster of the Decade and of 2020. Look most of us that have been following this franchise from the beginning knew this was possible. But there were people that let their emotions cloud their analysis instead of understanding how Legendary Bad Boys and Bad Boys II are. Critics always hating on Michael Bay means nothing, the audiences have spoken about this franchise time and time again. Also for the record, it had a 90 Million budget, the movie will be in profit margin already. As for the Trilogy, sorry we've been watching "Bad Boys" and "Bad Boys II" for several decades now. "Bad Boys For Life" will have to match that replay value before I put it over the originals. But here's how I see it.

I'll have to watch it again. I didn't like the plot but luckily the comedy was on point and most of the action was too but the plot was wack.
Movie was a bit slow at the start although it picked up halfway through
I did wish that they accelerated faster through the whole retirement stage where Marcus keeps turning down Mike. I feel like once Mike got shot, Marcus should have been past that and all in on getting revenge but they had him half stepping all the way until they shot the captain. Just felt like a waste of time IMO, also wish there were more scenes with Mike and Marcus back to back shooting shyt up and talking shyt like in the helicopter scene.
Other than that, the comedy and chemistry was still there between Martin and Will, kept me laughing throughout, solid movie although I could see the ending coming from a mile away
