The biggest problem with this season is that diaz hasn't really feel like he's putting the pressure on the team... the teams fall8ng apart from the pressure on itself
but the shows acting like the threat is going to be the one that breaks the group, they should have picked like a comical kind of jobber and still at the group kind of fall apart at the seams....

Honesty I don't know if he just has the next person in line in his pocket as well or she was the one who did the firing.I agree with the sentiment that the scene with Diggle/Oliver acting was well acted, although the major rift between them wasn't formed well. Even Diggle himself admitted he wasn't sure at first why he was so mad, before deciding Oliver had become a worse leader. I just don't know where all this in fighting is going, especially with the preview teasing Felicity is talking about space
