Im gonna go against the grain and state that in the OG vs New Team arrow beef, I understand where the noobs are comic g from.
One of the themes of the show has been how Ollie goes from being a highly competent to shyt leader. The biggest beef that the B team has is that he's a hypocrite and it's true.
If you take all of the major decisions regarding this season and switch the people involved Ollie would've definitely reacted differently;
Felicity in and obvious trap: Let's ride team arrow
Rene compromising the team for steroids: Get the fukk off my team
Anybody not E-2 Laurel doing the shyt she's done: Arrow to the chest
We think Thea might be compromised and feeding info to the Feds: I'll talk to her
