I predict Renee is retiring to raise his daughter and will be replaced by Roy on the B team next season. I like Renee a lot. He will be missed.
As the guy above me said, Lance is also dying.
Don't know how they're gonna handle the two Canary situation but if Dinah's pretty ass dies ima be upset. Her attitude and demeanor is one of the best things about the show. She owns that role.
Maybe Laurel either joins the Legends for season 4(in favor of this idea) or maybe she returns to Earth 2 to become a hero.
