Homie didn't comprehend that correctly...u should probably read the article. They plan to put super powers into the show, not to the character Arrow....they mention the Flash as one example. They want to elevate the show from hand to hand fighting and jason bourne type shyt that Arrow does by having ppl with actual powers come into the mix.
In the Birds of Prey (Black Canary, Huntress and Oracle's) book, they operated out of (and lived in) a clock tower.
Im PISSED that Marvel can't get their shyt together TV wise. This show is so muthafukkin dope, and I have to google some of the little references to the DC universe as i watch it, but the fact that they're there is awesome. Almost makes me wish I had read some DC.

There's no way in teh hell I wouldve gotten that KGBeast reference.But I DO know that KGBeast is another dude that Batman couldn't beat in a fight, to the point that Batman handcuffed him to a sewerpipe, locked him in a room and left him to DIE so he wouldn't have to fight him again!
