Figured it was coming to that, Deathstroke ain't goin out without someone close to Ollie gettin dropped
My guess is it's momma queen, just based off of stuff I've read that the guy that plays Deathstroke mentioned in regards to next season.. Plus hiring extras for a funeral scene suggests its a higher profile character

I agree that Laurel has been looking better lately, good thing they got her being a lawyer again to give her more to do on the show. Brother Blood needs to pay her a visit before the season is over though.
