The episode was laughs and I caught the reference to Woodhouse going nuts and stabbing up those soldiers that killed his lover back in S1 maybe S2.

Nah. They've showed Archer, Barry and Cyril hitting females before. The animation this season has been so well done that it looked amazing coupled with the the fact that they haven't shown it in some time.
I wonder will we see the origin story about how he was trained because they havent really explained it... Conway Stern was giving him that work though...
