If you go to the battle pass tab there is a legend bonus available icon, if you level up each legend there's experience bonuses tied to it.

This dude I played with last night had 380 kills with Octane.. I was like how the fukk do you get 380 kills in 24 hours..Then we started playing and he would speed boost to get kills and you can see how he did it.

Had the craziest game last night..Round 6 and it's 3 vs 2... We're on the roof of a building and they are right under us. The round 7 ring was so small and we had to get off the roof and they had to come out. We run down to kill one guy then he kills me and my teammate kills him. The other guy was hiding in the storm and killed both of my teammates. The guy in the storm who killed everyone dies from the storm and we win because one of us had the self res knockdown pad.. I know that had to hurt... When I noticed he had the self res kit I moved my guy in front of him with my level 3 shield so he could only shoot me.. .. I gotta upload this shyt..

You on Xbox because I had an Octane on my team that got 18 kills? We died early but he picked up the banners and bodied three teams dolo. At the end we got dropped and he took out another 5. Flanked them all shooting through Bangalor's smoke with the threat detector. He just lost a gun fight with the last man and we lost. He was using nothing but a Wingman.

I gotta get to that level but for some reason I'm inconsistent.

No.. He was straight up rushing them. We couldn't get kills because as soon as he heard gunfire he would sprint to them and down them before we could even get a shot off.

There needs to be a greater incentive/reward to winning. Like an immediate box or crafting materials. So far it’s nothing outside a fukking banner placement

Its bonus xp which helps you get more loot boxes. Winning is easy is nobody on your team is dumb..
