This sounds like the rate for a freelance writer to me. Yvette was not clocking in 9 am - 5 pm, yet she was able to cultivate a following of her own by working part time with Boyce. I fail to see the error.

BTW...I don't think Boyce is rich. I think he is comfortable...which means he is doing better than most black Americans.

How are you expecting Boyce to pay more than Freelance/part-time gigs, when bigger black media outlets (i.e. Ebony, The Root, Essence, & etc) & even white media outlets all depend on freelancers too?

What makes Yvette look like a goof is boyce gave her a platform that helped her become somewhat known.

That's what trips me about this situation. Nobody knew who she was until Boyce put her in his videos. I stopped watching his videos for awhile because it seemed like she was in almost every video!
