The Samsung website lists 16 GB RAM as included with the 512 GB and 1 TB ROM Ultras. It's on the global specs page and on the compare models drop down on the pre-order page

The presentation said only 12 gig ram.

I ordered the Galaxy Tab 8+, but then cancelled my order after figuring out that the free slim case doesn't have a trackpad. The whole point of me buying this type of device is to use DeX. I don't want to have to lift my hand up and touch the screen every time I want to manipulate something on the screen. I need a damn trackpad! Samsung was really sneaky with the way they advertised that too. Oh well...
