I think Broner keeps being molded into something he's not..it's almost like they was thinking he was going to be another Floyd and put too much emphasis into the outside waiting counterpunching type of style..i think Broner would have been better suited with more of a inside fighting style while letting his hands go more too.

I'm disappointed in him though, he acts like he doesn't want to fight when he for sure has the physical capability to.

Watching two good b-level fighters who are comparable in skill go toe to toe for 12 rounds is going to be a better option for any fan (casual or diehard technical fighting geek) than watching an elite fighter outclass a tomato can.

Broner likes to fight on his terms. When the fight isn't going his way, he has no idea what to do. It's like he's frozen & shocked. Doesn't like to be uncomfortable.

Trying to fast track him to become a PPV star hurt his development.

SOG is hittable and doesn't have the big power but reason GGG's people don't want it right now is because Ward is a proven talent..Guys like him are crafty and even if you hurt them they can fight hard AND adjust. unlike the Murrays ,Macklin's and Geale's of the division who are solid opponents and fight hard but that's really it.

I told @Newzz when I first got here that I truly believe AB has the tools to be great. He has as much pure talent as anyone in the sport. He just doesn't have the work ethic, or mind to be great. Doesn't talemthe sport seriously enough and doesn't have that competitors instinct or spirit.

Example, Zab vs Floyd. Zab was just as talented as Floyd at their starts. Maybe even more talented. But what separated them was the work ethic and discipline.

He was always going to be Floyd or Zab, and now we know who he is. He's neither. The way it's looking, he won't go on to have the success that either of them have enjoyed. That Maidana L should have woken him up. But the fact is, he's just not interested in being great
