I know Haymon & Rocnation don't fukk with each other, but they really should have reached out to Haymon to request a guy from the Haymon Powerplant. They have guys who stay near 168-175 that could have been better tuneups. These guys max out at the "C" level. I think it's fair to say Andre is "A" level. Paul Smith is "D" level. Andre should be in their with a "C" level guy who is in shape with some stamina to help him work off the rust.
