that's what they're saying but when is the last time you've seen a basketball player come back that soon from ACL surgery? the rehab timelines are much longer, and now you're talking about a lottery pick, it would be malpractice to rush him back that soon. Sean Jones of Marquette tore his ACL in January 2024 and he missed all of the 2024-2025 season. Bryce Hopkins tore his in January 2024, came back in December 2024 and then shut it down after 3 games after he played 36 minutes in a game and had complications afterwards. I think saying he would be ready in September is so they can secure a payday. He's gonna be cleared for contact by September, probably back on court by holiday time
I do think that's super aggressive but around Christmas time is 9ish months away from surgery. Wouldn't shock me if he's playing thenthat's what they're saying but when is the last time you've seen a basketball player come back that soon from ACL surgery? the rehab timelines are much longer, and now you're talking about a lottery pick, it would be malpractice to rush him back that soon. @Whips-n-Chains Mel Tucker would still have his job if he was winning like this CAC![]()
Florida's last made FG was at 3:14 left in the game. UH's last 4 offensive possessions were all turnovers and they let Florida beat them at the line. Ugly end of the game. Was pulling for the Cougs
#21's shot selection in the first half stopped multiple cougar runs bc he was launching off balance threes for no fukking reason. Not surprised he fukked up at the end again.
Quinerly did it for Bamathat's what they're saying but when is the last time you've seen a basketball player come back that soon from ACL surgery? the rehab timelines are much longer, and now you're talking about a lottery pick, it would be malpractice to rush him back that soon. yeah he does, he wasn't perfect.I love Coach K but it’s not like he doesn’t have a lot of Final Four Ls under his belt.
Same with Cal and Izzo who each only have 1 title. CBB Natty might be the hardest to win in all of sports.
He retired like two years agoyeah he does, he wasn't perfect.
My main point is Duke has not won a title without him as HC.
Until they do, they're just a program with good recruits but not the same caliber as the Coach K years until proven otherwise imo.
3 years agoHe retired like two years ago![]()
