Part of it was that it just felt super Oscar-baity and I’m sure watching something as slow as that at midnight didn’t help at all. I’ll try again someday, but I’ma be real…it’s pretty damn low on the priority list.

And Mank is the perfect mention. At least to me though, Mank doesn’t feel nearly as empty as Maestro.

Haven’t seen Poor Things yet but consensus are that Emma Stone may win the Oscar so no shock here.

DAMN, I have to say though, Emma is deserving. Fantasia killed her role in The Color Purple, but at times she did overact, so I'm OK with this.
