Its wild that those hits 30 years ago were only 2 mins but it was accepted but today where theyre trying to supposedlym protect players a vicious hit like that from behind is still only 2 mins because its the finals is laughable.....that should be a 5 min and game misconduct any game any time....

I always thought Boarding was gauged off of the result. A player getting badly banged up or injured usually gets 5 and a game.
