If they make the Final, you'll be spending rent to get in the building. I remember it fondly from 2014. It was cheaper to fly to LA and watch the games at Staples.
I spent a lot back in 2011 on the Bruins Stanley Cup Finals ticket to game six.
I think I spent $1,600 or so.
Here was the situation and dilemma I was in.
-Bruins had no won the Stanley Cup in 39 years, and Boston is a major market.
-Series was 2-2, and game six would be back in Boston.
-I could have waited until after game five to purchase the ticket, and the prices would either be much lower than $1,600 if the Bruins lost game five as they couldn't win it on home ice, or I could buy after the game, and if the Bruins won game five, then I have no doubt that $1,600 ticket would have been $3,000+.
-I ended up buying before game five for $1,600, and then the prices dropped to around $500 on game day for game six. I was more comfortable paying $1,600 and locking it in and being fine with people paying half that if the Bruins lost game five than I would be spending $3,000+ just because I decided to wait.
