Excellent, funny, feel good show...not cheesy at all and an easy watch. I'm gonna sign up for another free trial with a different email to watch season 2 when it drops later this month.

It’s been a mad off couple of months for film and TV, I feel like some of these shows would never be here normally

Carl might have been in it too long for it to be a guest appearance I would assume. Looking at the list of noms, they all were just in one episode. Carl was in 3 I think.

I think it was just a case of Emmy voters seeing Cheadle's name and picking him based on recognition alone.

Though I had my issues with Lovecraft Country, i’m happy for Jonathon Majors and Journee Smollet. Journee been putting in work since Eve’s Bayou. Also Courtney B Vance was one of the best things about the show so i’m hoping he wins too.
