It's performed better in the first 3 states than Monmouth. Right now the top polls of the primary are Elucd, Data For Progress, AtlasIntel, and Emerson. Change is mid tier and Monmouth is in the bottom 4

I envisioned 5 points from Biden to Steyer but I think this is how SC will go if Steyer's support isn't that strong. This scenario below has Biden and Bernie being the only ones with delegates.
