No, it is imperative that you pick someone that this movement can get behind after Bernie's term is up. Being that his pick will likely be a woman, the notion that he needs to pick someone like Klabberjaw to win the election is stupid and just DNC (losing) game theory. His VP needs to be on board with his vision and they also need to be able to carrying the momentum of this movement into the next election.
The people love Bernie but even if you remove his name and just make it about the issues, and they aren't issues a moderate would ever champion. This coalition is never going to get behind Bootyjudge or anybody like that, especially if he wins and you can't use fear mongering of getting Trump out office.
