I think they need to make guidelines. Having a "hit" (that word is used very loosely nowadays) almost a year ago shouldn't automatically place you into consideration. Follow that up with a project or two with more hits (just because your video has 10 mil does not mean it's a hit). If you're an established artist *cough* Gunna & Megan , you shouldn't be able to make the list.
