The audio for her song Havana has 1.2b views on youtube and the video has damn near 700m views. At one point the song was the most streamed song by a female on spotify ever. She also has another top 10 hit in this song called NBTS.

So she kinda deserved those awards. Really deserved best pop video too over Ariana.

As for not thanking thugga he flaked on her several times for performances so she's just like fukk him now.
