Good, fukk Mitch Lawrence. Every article of his when he was with the NY Daily News spewed negativity.
6'3" wingspan.
Hyper explosive small guards have a high floor with a lower ceiling.
The East will belong to them in the future regardless......
While I didn't like the trade regardless, the thing that pissed me off the most about it is why make the trade at that moment unless a deal was in place for that extra first round draft pick. I'm sure that exact trade would've been there at any time. Or wait until all star break or next year to move those contracts if that's the cost. Even if Russel was immature or a locker room problem dude is 21, a lot of 21 years olds are immature. Still give him a try at the 2 next to Ball and see how the team looks and let Russell raise his value then make a move. I just hate the timing of it all. Especially if they'r enow saying they won't be a free agent player this summer. So I'm watching this magic interview. He truly fukked up w the Russell trade.
-says Lakers won't be major player in FA, but will look for a shooting wing
-says Lakers got brook lopez cause pick n pop potential with lonzo
-traded Russell cause he was a score first, and they preferred ball movement with Lonzo leading the show (as if Russell couldn't play SG)
The fact that it appears PG is headed elsewhere this summer, its apparent that like any decent basketball mind would conclude...dumb fukkin trade. They sold low on Russell expecting to bring in PG immediately. If Russell broke out next year, we could have moved him for a much better haul than brook lopez. Getting rid of the mozgov contract wouldn't be hard next year, shedding salary in the NBA isn't some impossible task.
Looking past that, we traded our best shooter and now they want to bring in another shooting wing....problem is, who? Regardless they're gonna have to spend next years coveted salary to bring in a shooter.
Next point, if PG ends up with Boston or Cleveland there is a strong chance he won't leave. A PG, Hayward, IT, Horford core would be tough to leave. And players just don't leave LeBron. So that's scary.
We miss out on PG, the only reasonable superstar option in '18 is Cousins, as Westbrook is expected to extend.
Get Kyle Lowry here now

Do the Wolves even have the cap room or would it be a sign and trade?
If the Raps get Bricky Rubio back
