He was the best player in the Utah summer league and led the league in scoring and assists while exum's frail ass played one game and had one good quarter

He spent most of his games taking BAD shots. And got COOKED by Dante Exum.

And then Exum rolled his ankle, oh well. He's already proved that he can defend at the NBA level, all we wanted to see was him being assertive and aggressive. And he did it. He was drafted as a three year project, and got moved into a major minute role on one of the best defenses in basketball last year.

Meanwhile Marcus Smart was out there going 2-10 from threes in one game... hacking, struggling to run an offense, again. Yikes.


I like him, I hope he keeps improving. Saw some life from that jumper last year... let's hope it continues.

Joe Young, Russ Smith and Ryan Boatright are 3 small guards who should be on NBA rosters in the fall.

Rondae was everywhere on the floor earlier. His shot shows life and if it comes around fully, we will look back at him as the steal of this draft.

I think he actually (in the long run) may be better served trying to reign in his offensive game, focus on what he can do. Because that jumper may not get right.

I was never a fan of his, but maybe I'm wrong. I trust your eye.
