Draft where it seems there's no franchise players? Bobcats got the first pick on lock. Best thing for them to do would be to draft Noel, stash that nikka all season and hope to re up on Wiggins a year later.
As a Cavs fan, I am worried about Detroit potentially landing a top 5 pick. Add a Ben Mclemore or Victor Oladipo to a core of Greg Monroe, Andre Drummond, and Brandon Knight and that is a team to be reckoned with.

They do not have a single franchise player on that squad. They have role players, some solid starters, some bloated contracts (mostly expiring), and some complete bums.

No matter who they draft they will still be fighting Phoenix for the worst record next year. The best they can do is Bennett or McLemore.
Kemba is one of the top 3 defensive PGs in the league. Check the stats

For every team in the lotto, one could create a "story" behind the lotto being rigged for them.
I remember when we were 6 in the East, ahead of New Jersey I was like
this is the year, especially when looking at Kemba's steal stats. That boy is special Im telling people, he just needs a big man that can score from the pick and roll and under the basket. Mullens is a good three point shooter but a joke as a center.

I remember when we were 6 in the East, ahead of New Jersey I was like
Word McLemore, or Noel will fill a need for us. so aslong as we end up with a top 2 pick we'll be straight. McLemore stretches the floor and gives Kemba an option to pass to when hes driving, and Noel can be that ancor in the paint we need. if we draft Noel though we should sit him for the whole year, and get another top 3 pick next year
