I love the JF album last year and even saw em live and they were ill. Looking forward to this one

Other than that I haven't seen too much on any upcoming release posts that has me excited. New YYYs has me feeling like , I wanted new music from them for 2 years and now that it's arrived I haven't even bothered to listen to it.

Local Natives new album has leaked but might be shytty quality. Getting read to check it out and will report back my initial impressions. First single is piff

Listened through the first 5 songs of that Local Natives and skimmed the rest...seems like a solid album overall. Probably going on my 'to purchase' list along with Foxygen and Beach Fossils

Listening to "No Elephants" by Lisa Germano and feeling pretty about it.

Kinda getting burnt out on every female with a vaguely airy voice just thinking they can be a singer.

That new Joy Formidable is a definite step down

I loved their first and put it up there with my favorite shoegaze joints this new one is like early silversun or some shyt. Its alright but maybe it'll grow. The first album hit me like bricks off jump so I'm doubting it.
