What have we done to deserve this bounty of riches that has been flowing through the internet in recent weeks

Not sure I really care for this Charlie XCX because the singing is a bit generic for my tastes, but I will give it a few more chances eventually.

real talk I think a lot of allure of her is the fact that she is oh so fukkable. the production is amazing and she has a pretty nice voice imo. I think this might be the best pop I've heard in a while. Not pretentious at all, just fun shyt.

I like this new Deerhunter but it definitely is a big step down from Halcyon Digest, and probably a step down from Microcastle/Weird Eta also. Need to give it more time because it is a bit abrasive in spots which generally takes time to really fully understand, but I think the album might be missing the 'moments' of pop perfection that Deerhunter usually has sprinkled throughout their catalog

I want to emphasize though, I do like it. An average Deerhunter album is a well above average album.

This Jai Paul sounds like a bunch of demos. That's probably what he's going for.

I mean there are some good parts to it, but some songs are sorta rudderless.

The cover of "Crush" is piff though
