Pre ordered a few weeks ago. Oddisee been on the xmas list since I heard him on Jazzy Jeff's The Magnificent.

Just gave it a solid play through.

Really good. Hoping it gets even better on repeat listens, but as usual, Oddisee doesn't fail to deliver.

I don't think he's capable of wack shyt. Maybe some shyt you might not feel, but he's never less than a 3.5/5 on every song.

This Juan Ep episode is dope though...

I got on Oddisee around 06-07 when LBC was collaborating a lot with the Justus League. I would always check his projects here and there, the Odd Seasons series was the first projects I really checked. Gave the Good Fight a listen a couple months after it dropped and now I'm checking every project from him.

First time listening to Oddisee, I kept away from it because I thought it was going to sound like some stones throw dusty loop the record shyt. I'm sold on his work. Gonna go through the whole catalog this week. Impressive work on this Iceberg, no bullshyt.

Stories about Oddisee/FE? I first heard Oddisee and Kenn Starr on this joint. I never met either of those dudes but have always enjoyed their music since that song. That's a lame answer, but I'm sure I can think of a cool story or two on something more specific. People do know that phonte and Nicolay made the first FE album over AIM, right? Nicolay sent all the beats via AIM from the Netherlands, and Phonte would record the vocals and send them back. The album was entirely finished before the two dudes even met each other. They both live in NC now, obviously, but the way that Connected album got put together was very special.
