To me, my board!
Rock finna use that paragraph for his presidential campaign, he ain’t slick
Yeah, his Once/Twice Inna Lifetime runs were wack for the most part.I like it better than his last return where I felt Cena and Punk got the better of him on promos and dude was relying on catchphrases.
No. Vince McMahon trying to get Cena cheered was wack...the Rock was the Rock. When youre surrounded by B listers...it looks shaky all the time. The Rebel sounded jealous every week and Cena basically ended up being the biggest hypocrite in wrestling history.Yeah, his Once/Twice Inna Lifetime runs were wack for the most part.
This post is a perfect example of smarks never being happy.Monday was a step in the right direction but so far this run has felt like a missed opportunity to me, like Rock and his team were scared that people buying into his heel character too much would hurt his brand. And I get it, if he leaned into it for 3 months he'd have some marks thinking that's really him and hating him for a while. But it would've made for better TV.
At the press conference it seemed like he was coming back to play a serious villain throwing his weight around to get what he wants, and getting booed as The Rock was a hard task but he was pulling it off. In a non smark city like Vegas too. It definitely wasn't 50/50 there.
The last month he's been doing fun heel sh1t and winking at the audience. The audience laughed along with him like a comedian roasting the audience, it's all in fun. And so he basically turned face again.
It should have been rocky vs Cody straight up at wrestlemania
But...but...but...the Rock is a half heelIf lil kids ain't cryin we not doin it right
