Yeah, there are always two sides. And they (the employees) were acting a fool. I don't know what would've provoked the white guy to go on a racist rant, but 90% of people regardless of their job wouldn't know how to respond to a live racist rant. I guarantee they had no training or education on what to do when or if that happens and unfortunately white people think it's racist to train, educate or teach people how to respond if or when that happens.

I don't watch videos with people's commentary and shyt over them, I looked outside the site to find just the video. And it's bad. Granted only skimmed it once, I saw the white guy shouting racist shyt and cussing in public which there is no justification for. There's nothing they could've of said or done that would cause him to react like that where a person would go "he's right!" "Well, that's what I would've done...."
Remember 8 years ago videos of black people getting cussed out, lied on, stereotyped trying to shop or being a customer and all the replies about "take your money and leave" "quit trying to buy their respect" "imagine giving your money to a business that harasses you and/disrespects you to your face and you want to beg them to take your money..."

They were laughing and joking, which laughter is a reaction to some uncomfortable situations and like I said they probably never had that shyt happen to them. I think they engaged with him more than they needed to which admittedly is my Monday morning quarterbacking of the situation. They probably did the best they could given the unforseen circumstances of coming to work that day.
