It has been, but facing penalties that increase annually if you dont adhere... everyone(save the rich) will eventually comply.

If im not mistaken, the numbers havent been released as far as how many sent in their first months payment for premium, how many of those signups are of medicaid/medicare, how many of those signups are of those who didnt have coverage of any kind last year, and how many of those are between the ages of 18 - 50...Until those numbers are revealed then yes it is true that obama is a liar.. he throw sebelius in the bushes for no reason..

This is literally one of the funniest things I've ever heard in my life. "I am not aware of whether what you said is true, thus you must be lying." But the fact that 8 million people signed up is not debatable. That's besides the fact that your response asks a bunch of questions that has nothing to do with whether or not 8 million people signed up. 10% of people could pay their first premium and it still wouldn't make anyone a liar for saying that 8 million people "signed up." You guys are making yourselves look ridiculous for the sake of being partisan .
