This b*stard only spent $1 million from an estimated $999 million dollar advertising budget with the black press. And this is coming from our supposedly 1st black president..
Its clear this president has nothing but empty words and utter disdain for the black community. I'll be sure to keep the board informed on how inept this president is at addressing needs in the black community.

So they are not including money spent on urban station owned by large corporations, but who hire majority AA?
Maybe buying ads in media that is targeted towards black community is not the most efficient way to spend campaign money where that target group already supports the president by 95%. Maybe the black community newspapers don't have the reach to make them a viable investment of marketing dollars.
There are a myriad of reasons why campaign dollars were not spent with the so-called black press. Sounds like they were looking for a 21 million dollar payday and are salty cause the campaign told them to go fukk themselves.

What kind of campaign strategy is that? Obama and his campaign have a fiduciary duty to their donors to spend their money as efficiently as possible and not to give 21 million dollars to a few black business owners.

I can't name any black newspapers or anyone who writes for a black newspapers can you? They didn't get to eat becuz white newspapers have a bigger influence to the average black person than a black newspaper does. Blame integration (I do).
Sad facts homey. The economic infrastructure of the black community is non-existent. I would love for Obama to somehow fix that but I never expected that from him...apparently you did.

But theres a couple decent sized sites/blogs out there that I think are black owned. Mainly feminist bullshyt for women or cosmopolitan type shyt for women. Not interested in that...

You guys are so myopic its sickening. The entire reason why this is a HUGE problem is that those advertising dollars that WEREN'T EVEN HIS OWN could have made its way into the BLACK community via the black press. If he actually gave a damn about the black community he would have patronized the black press more and in turn funneled more money into the black community as well. Its especially sad because Bill Cinton raised only a fraction of the money this negro raised yet contributed 9 million to the black press.

Right. You're focusing your criticism of Obama on the idea that by choosing not to funnel his campaign donations into newspapers that nobody reads he's hurting the black community...but we're myopic. Please tell me what percentage of the black GDP that newspapers support...
