Jason actually has a point, and i'm usually neutral on Obama.
Obama's lifestyle is expensive, and he doesn't have the job of president anymore, so he is looking for another job. Think about if your salary was 450,000 and all of a sudden you didn't have your salary anymore. You'd still have your expensive lifestyle that you need to maintain so you'd need the income to do so, unless you are self employed and work for yourself.
Obama better hope whites want to keep giving him a job, because he has to keep that high income rolling in.
Jason's point is, he is going to have to keep working for whites just like "regular" black people, to take care of his family and lifestyle. Obama shouldn't be having to go to whites for another job at 55. Dudes in here don't get what Jason is talking about because they're like, "well my uncle is 55 and he works for white ppl" Your uncle is a regular nikka, Obama isn't supposed to be.
It's just another example of how we prefer being employees to whites than self employed entrepreneurs. The first sign was when he had Malia working fast food a few years back.
This says that even when we make it to the level of president, we still have to go to whites for a job after it's over. At 55, and former president, he should honestly be able to work for himself at this point, not have to go to whites for jobs like any other "regular" black person.
Ppl in here keep bringing up what his salary WAS when he was president. Being president is a temporary job and he does not have that job anymore. And he has expenses, so he needs the income to take care of them. And his expenses are not like yours or mine either
