You sound upset. Since when have racist whites in this country accepted, embraced, or spared from prejudice a person of color because they were only HALF black? Mulattos get the same treatment (although in some cases, to more or less of a degree) as "full blooded" blacks in this country, when it comes to those issues.

And why does one's rooting for the success of the first person, since the inception of this nation, who racially represents their demographic as sitting POTUS (for whatever reason, all being technically FAIR,) equal dikkriding?

You talkin about doin the knowledge, if YOU actually do the knowledge (don't know if you enlightened or not, but I thought I'd emphasize that, since you're recklessly using God Body language) you'd realize that the average high-minded black individual doesn't subscribe to the notion that Obama being black equates to the status quo of America being miraculously overturned. The fact is, no matter how good of an image he portrays, there's a power structure in place. Wether he fully caters to this structure or not, or plays both sides, has yet to be seen, but is more than likely...

But even so, when "mainstream America" & government in general repeatedly attacks one of your own, (wether or not you believe he's the Negro savior, you share a common struggle) the immediate instinctual reaction is rallying defense and a sense of blanketed protection over the said "victim" of such prejudice and bigoted hatred. And it's completely justifiable.

You're not exactly preaching an unheard gospel, here. But to ignore the point I made, and reject support for Obama just because he's more than likely a puppet like the rest of our "elected" officials, would be doing a disservice to anybody who lost their life fighting for the very freedoms a large number of us take for granted.
