Blame deinstitutionalization for this. People like that need long-term care in mental health facilities, but we don't do that anymore. We treat everybody the same now and just throw them away behind bars. What do you think is going to happen when all we do is lock them up for a few months and then let 'em back out on the streets?

My first post in the thread said incarcerate or institutionalize her permanently.
But we don't live in a hypothetical world, and if the reality is that she will be released back on the streets, the best scenario for everybody in that area would be if she died.

I was in downtown ATL for work this time last year, walking back to my hotel from dinner and young breh looks at me as he walks past and I look at him, dude says what you looking at...I already knew what time it was and just kept walking.

This nikka then turns and follows me and just kept asking what I was looking at. I just kept walking and ignoring him, but I was damn it and I gonna have to fight someone at 9 PM downtown for the most bullshyt reason...? Lol

I just never put shyt past anyone anymore.
