They know you an outsider... :lolbron: That's why...:sas2: I pay $6 for that grilled chicken with cheese, $4 for a turkey with cheese, you can grab an arizona iced tea for a dollar flat, they killed you on that can soda prices... :mjlol:

exactly. im not mad either i just :russ: i don't blame em . if I were those guys near 1199 I'd be charging $12 flat (and if you want an arizona with that it's $1.50...fukk what the can says) to anyone I don't recgonize or isn't from the area who comes in ordering a chop disgustingness off the strength of that little video they watched. :yeshrug:

All this over ground beef on a long roll of bread? People like to make a big deal over everything

Fake ass cheesesteak

damn that's right I forgot PHILLY invented grilled cheap ass F grade meats and cheese on bread just like they invented half the norms in hip-hop too. let Beanie Mac tell it: philly guys were riding spinners in '82, sipping lean in the 70s and started using the Migos flow in '91 :stopitslime:

come'on bro :mjcry:

If it helps at all, i know for a fact these places will charge white people different prices on shyt. Its not like they can advertise it, but theres a markup. i know because it has happened to me. $1.25 for a can of soda that someone whos from the neighborhood just paid $.75 for in front of me. and im like  took me almost a year to build up enough trust to grab those discounted southern state stamped cigs when I used to smoke (was $5 back then instead of the $8-10 it was now). Seeing the dude in front of me grab 2 loosies and then I go up to the counter and put down my $.50 and they say "we don't sell those here" :russ:
they cashin in on that white privilege :lolbron: lol

yeah i read somewhere a lot of chinese food spots do something like that too...charging non-chinese higher prices than everyone else.

idk if the chinese thing is true - it would make sense - but i only question it because i never once seen a chinese person in a chinese spot that wasn't working there. i don't think chinese people eat the same "chinese" food that we get. unless they come in like :smugdraper: and order some custom shyt off-menu

oh yeah...not those hood places...like legit chinese restaurants on Mott St in Chinatown.

It was an article in the paper one time about how their menus would be in Manderin/Caonttonese and English...and the Chinese side would have lower prices
