Every election: "Look, AFTER this election, then we can..." 
Then they take off that hat, and put this one on: "Look, we JUST had an election, you can't expect..."
Then for a couple years it's "Look, you don't know how civics works, the executive has to wait for the legislative..."
Then when it's getting somewhat close to the next election, "Look at all our great accomplishments (that we spent two years saying were impossible)! And if that's not good enough for you, the Republicans are running Super Hitler!.................................. So look, AFTER this election...."
And now, largely thanks to Genocide Joe supporting that genocide, a critical mass of likely voters are not buying it. YOU fukked up.
