The new policy where they've lowered what is a jailable offense will have it's pros and cons..

If you get knocked the fukk out in the street or if a homeless clown or random fukk boy trashes your business it's doubtful they'll be getting locked up since it's now considered a low level crime. Just get a citation to go to court and pay a fine. Theyre going to try and tax criminals into Oblivion basically licensing fukkery with a fee and if they don't wanna pay well they'll probably have to go to another state to avoid a warrant and a brief jail stint.

The reform has it's pros and cons. Low level criminals are happy about it.

Police are only here to tax the people to bring in revenue for the state. The social impact of criminalization needs to be reworked so theyve found a new way to tax criminals who are nuisances instead of making tax payers bare the burden of incarcerating them.

That whole talking point has been around for years largely due to this bytch ass author named Heather MacDonald. If your local library had an section, every work she has ever published would be there. She literally released a book titled "The War on Cops". With the backing of power, racist think tanks such as The Manhattan Institute, that book garnered mainstream attention. Right wing cacs got a new talking point, and police got yet another reason to have an undue persecution complex.

Heather MacDonald is legit a bad person who does her best to give cover to others who don't want to look like bad people. Any time you see someone praise her or agree with her books in full, you learn a lot about them.
