Me and my boy seriously discussed joining the NYPD some years back in order to make change.

Problem is that in order to make a change you'd have to get to a high enough position. Beat cops ain't making any changes honestly.

So we're assuming at least 15 years to get high enough. That would be 15 years of watching blatant racism, injustice, and murder go down and not saying anything. Because if you say something, you're getting labeled quick and the glass ceiling will be ultra low. You won't make it past lieutenant and there goes your opportunity for change.

After all that time watching shyt like that, it's quite possible you'd be burnt out and just want your pension and to get the fukk out.

So the system persists. Nothing was changed. And you lost yourself.

This is all clearly conjecture.

Going up in rank is a matter of taking tests and doing numbers. At a certain point there are no more tests to take so you make you career pleasing your bosses who want their numbers so they can show the mayor that they're doing their job. They're all beholden to someone and you'd be surprised how some of there higher up officers get talked to like children by the people over them

This is how change happens and should happen IMHO...you see how all these PD's are targeting black males...no matter what anyone says you see the shyt they're getting away with which is blatant murder...
we the people need to grow enough balls and crowd the senate..each day you can go on the senate and voice your concern, campaign like them politicians do but instead of campaigning to vote...we campaign to not vote...
we campaign to have all of the police departments in the united states fired...every last one of them fired and overhauled completely and replaced with a balance of different races...america is not predominately white anymore...miss me
with that bullshyt we need to and will demand that all of these police stations be fired and a mass overhaul of the hiring process must be enforced...basically affirmative action all across the board for all police forces to be made and consisted of different "races" ethnicities, etc...you can no longer have a predominately white police force anywhere in this country...you see the results of that already...they especially do not need and need to be prevented from serving black communities point blank period...we the people have to take back our power and stop waiting for politicians to break their promises and force them to change even if that means we become that change...

I don't think time is running out...naturally things will even out...maybe 50 to 100 years from now...idk...but it will change and eventually "race" won't be an issue not to say that there won't be issues...the youth of today have to be steered
by minds that think outside of the box so as to avoid conformity...don't buy into the system and don't vote for folks who don't look like you and don't represent you and your interests...
