Without constitutional rights. Soon they will take away the first amendment in the claim of "safety."
I've been saying that shyt forever. All that per 1000 people nonsense cannot possibly work in nyc because the majority won't commit crimes. If NYC somehow manages to bring in an extra 2 million residents than the crime will almost automatically go down
unless you are moving in from Detroit or Newark

Yes its profiling, but its effective. Yes theyre pushing the limits, but two weeks ago, NYC, a city of over 8 million people, had only 1 murder in the span of 7 days. Hate it or love it, NYPD tactics are working

Overall the community is weaker and more fragile. The future in bleak for victims of these policies. Also the motives behind these policies are not always altruistic.

If this shyt happened in the 90s there would be large protests and rallies. It seems that the new generation is soft and more subservient to the government.
In Brooklyn I used to walk around alot during the summer just enjoying the weather. I don't think I can do that anymore. It's a bit disturbing when you're just chilling in the park staring at birds and trees then some idiot cop comes along and searches you for no reason. I don't see how an intelligent human being can support such a fukked up, ass backwards policy. But then again socialists aren't intelligent to begin with.
