I literally was on the phone with a colleague earlier today about this!! She was taking about ppl who she knew were trying to steal, or get over on the company and I was like… “I mean, I don’t do stuff like that, but ppl do it because they know at the end of the day the owners don’t really GAF about staff. We are numbers to these ppl and they will low ball you, find a way to not give you a raise you deserve, etc.


Healthcare markups are crazy. So yea, I won’t do it, but the ppl who try to get over are no different than the practice owners who aren’t always paying you what you’re worth.
