Checked out the parade for the first time today, it was cool, walked along the route from Utica to grand army plaza, then hung out at other two other spots along the parade route, walked down Franklin to check out the other event on Empire but it had ended already, oh well theres always next year.

It was nice. Pretty suburban to me. But not to far of a drive or train ride to the city. Jersey City/Hoboken or around Newark/Elizabeth would be an easier transition
