Carpenter isn’t ready right now, hasn’t looked good yet whatsoever, never got a hit against Pressly (small sample size), but they still went with hkm
Only thing I hope is that the Yankees get more calls. Every pitch within 10 miles of the park was a strike for the Astros.

they perform worse with runners on base.
It's not about putting in an oft-injured Carpenter (if we had a healthy DJ we wouldn't care). It's about everyone's OPS dropping 100-150 points when someone's on base. This shows itself anytime the Yankees are in extras with the ghost runner.
