I know the Yankee pen has major questions at closer going forward, but man this team does have a good pen, to the point where we may have a surplus of arms

The best thing we could do is use one or two of these arms to get off a deal like Hicks.

King
Marinaccio
Loaisiga
Peralta
Holmes (closer, for now)
Effross
Trivino
Luetge (I'll say more about him when the season's over, but for what he's asked to do, he's good at it)
Castro
Abreu
Ridings
now Weissert

and I'm not including Schmidt because he should have a rotation spot locked up for '23, Gil because he should be in the mix for one, or Green or German because I think they're gone.

Use a couple of them to get off Hicks or package with Taillon to fill other needs.

the sad part about this last month is that outside of Holmes and Chapman acting a fool, the pen has done their job and it's gonna go unnoticed because the team can't hit.
