LL belongs on any NY Mount Rushmore. Yes, even over Rakim. I know Rakim might’ve changed the way dudes rapped, but LL was there before and after him.
Obviously, Jadakiss is the first name that needs to be removed. I’m not from the NY area, but is Yonkers considered a part of NYC? Is it a suburb?

Nas is definitely on mines. 50 can be top 20 to 50 at best. Big might be in there. Gotta add LL or Rakim just off what they brought to Hip Hop early on. And possibly Jay. shyt I might even add Melle Mel off of The Message.
