what do you EXPECT homeless ppl to do
they wouldn't "flood" one area if the homeless services were equal/of similar levels
you rly think those extra 3000 thought "well damn, I shouldn't go to that shelter cause they're currently dealing with overpopulation"
the problem is SF can't support the whole nation's homeless... come on breh what I'm saying is basic, not sure why you're making a point of skipping over my point. It's a catch-22 for cities to have better homeless services cause it increases the homeless population in the city
